Our department’s mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals with acquired and congenital disabilities, finding new methods of treatment through research and education, training excellent healthcare professionals, and providing the best in patient-centered rehabilitative care for our community.

Vision
Our goal is to become the top department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in the Southeast region developing a strong clinical and research focus, developing a top residency training program and providing an excellent environment for medical students, residents, fellows, staff and faculty.
